Why was my account activation denied (or rejected)?

There are many possible reasons why your account was not approved for activation by our user moderation team. However, typically the following reasons have been given and answered the most by our team including:
- Does not match your legal full name or your business's name.
- Email suspected of being fake.
- Your information is on our blacklist or on the blacklist of other distributors.
- Your content is not consistent with our development orientation.
- Documents proving your personal and company identity are falsified or do not match the information you provide.
We will need to ensure that our users are the best so that Allot Lines can focus on providing the best support throughout the customer experience.
You can send Allot Lines information that you think is appropriate so that Allot Lines can review your account. Please send us the following information to [email protected]:
- URL of your content (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube,...)
- Your detailed revenue report for the most recent 6 months.
- URL of your Social Media.
