What We Do

  • All albums submitted must pass a content check before approval. We check things like album covers, album & track titles, artist names, metadata to make sure they are correct, consistent, and follow rules of our digital partners.

  • We reject content that does not meet our or our partners’ quality standards.

  • We monitor daily for artificial or non-organic streaming activity (fake plays). If such activity is detected, there will be penalties: from removing the album from platforms to blocking the account on Allot Lines.

  • Examples of What Gets Rejected

These are kinds of content we reject during approval:

    1. Artist names that are generic or do not exist.

    2. Album or track titles that are misleading.

    3. Content that sounds very similar to another original song (“sound-alikes”).

    4. Tracks in certain categories are often rejected:

      • Relaxing Music

      • Meditation Music

      • Therapy Music / Therapy Noise / White Noise

      • Nature Sounds

      • Background Music

      • Beats

    What We Ask of You

  • Please make sure your audio is well recorded. Quality must meet standards required by Allot Lines and by the digital platforms.
