Welcome to Allot Lines! If you have recently signed up for a new account but are currently unable to log in, please do not worry. This is a common situation that usually indicates your onboarding process is not yet fully complete.


At Allot Lines, we prioritize the security and legitimacy of our music distribution network. Unlike standard platforms where access is instant, our Partner Onboarding process involves a strict verification workflow. You will not be able to access the dashboard until all verification steps—including the detailed questionnaire, KYC (Know Your Customer), and contract signing—are finalized.


This guide will explain exactly how to resume your registration process if you were interrupted and outline the steps required to activate your account.


Why Can't I Log In Yet?

If you see an error message or cannot access the dashboard after resetting your password, it is likely because your account status is still Pending.


The Allot Lines onboarding workflow consists of four (4) mandatory phases:
  1. Application (Registration): You create a basic account login.
  2. Detailed Assessment (Step 2): You submit detailed information about your music catalog, rights, and distribution history.
  3. Identity Verification (KYC): You verify your identity via our partner, Didit.
  4. Agreement Signing: You review and digitally sign the distribution contract.

Important: Access to the Dashboard is only granted after Phase 4 is successfully completed. If you are stuck at Phase 2, follow the instructions below.


How to Resume Your Registration (Step 2)

If you have already registered your email but missed the follow-up questionnaire or lost the activation link, you do not need to create a new account. You can manually trigger the next step via our website.

Please follow these exact instructions to resume your application:
  1. Visit the Partner Page:
    Go to the official Allot Lines Partner page: https://allotlines.com/become-a-partner/
  2. Locate the Registration Options:
    Scroll to the registration section. You will see options for new users.
  3. Select "I've Registered":
    Since you already have an account, do not fill out the initial sign-up form again. Instead, look for the button labeled "I've Registered".
  4. Proceed to the Next Step:
    Click on "Next Step".
  5. Complete the Form:
    This action will direct you to the detailed assessment form. You must fill this out completely to move forward.

What Information Do We Require in Step 2?

To expedite the approval of your account, please be prepared to provide detailed answers regarding your music business. Our legal and compliance teams review this data to ensure all partners meet our standards.


You will be asked to provide:
1. Rights Ownership & Compliance
  • Confirmation of exclusive distribution and publishing rights.
  • Proof of Agreements: You may be asked to provide a sample of your standard distribution/licensing agreement if you manage other artists.
2. Distribution History
  • Previous Distributor: Information on who you previously worked with and why you are transitioning to Allot Lines.
  • Revenue Reports: Detailed revenue statements for the last three (3) consecutive months from your previous distributor.
  • Release Frequency: The average number of tracks you release monthly.
3. Content & Catalog Overview
  • Genre: The primary music genres of your catalog.
  • Key Assets: Links to your top artists, record labels, and songs (Spotify, Apple Music URLs).
  • Social Media: Official URLs for Facebook, Instagram, X, or YouTube channels associated with your artists.

What Happens Next? (KYC & Activation)Once you submit the information in Step 2:

  1. Review: Our team will review your submission.
  2. KYC Verification: You will receive a request to complete Identity Verification. This is processed securely by Didit. You will need valid government-issued identification documents.
  3. Contract: Upon passing KYC, we will send the official contract for your digital signature.
  4. Activation: Once the contract is signed, your account will be fully activated, and you will receive your credentials to log in to the Allot Lines Dashboard.
