Allot Lines processes royalties, revenue, and intellectual property rights.
To comply with Vietnamese regulations and international AML/KYC standards, we must verify the identity of every user who receives payments or uploads content.

The KYC Requirements

You must provide:

• Government-issued ID (front & back)

• Selfie verification

• Residential address

• Date of birth

• Global sanctions review clearance

KYC is performed through our official partner Didit.

How to Complete KYC

1. After your application is approved, you will receive an email with your unique KYC link.

2. Open the link on a device with a functional camera.

3. Complete all ID and facial verification steps.

4. Wait for confirmation email.

Common KYC Failures

• Photos edited or filtered → Automatic rejection

• Blurry or cropped images → Retry required

• Mismatched identity information → Manual review and possible decline

• Submitting someone else’s ID → Permanent account denial
