When your audio recording appears in the video (MM:SS or HH:MM:SS) - this MUST BE EXACT TO THE SECOND

Ignoring to provide an EXACT start time will cause processing of your claim to lag. END TIME
When your audio recording ends in the video (MM:SS or HH:MM:SS) - this MUST BE EXACT TO THE SECOND
