What if my release is live on the wrong artist profile?

Sometimes the stores have a hard time matching releases to the correct profile if multiple artists share the same artist name. If your music is showing up on the wrong artist profile on any store or streaming platform, we need to reach out to them for you. Submit a request to [email protected] for us to fix it!


When contacting our support team, don't forget to give us:

  1. Your release UPC code
  2. Your URL of the profile you need to map exactly!
  3. If you need a new Artist Profile, you need to write “Create New for (Your Artist Name)” to let us know your means.
