Claim your artist profile

  • Sign up with an email address to manage your TIDAL artist profile(s) in one place

  • If you’re a manager or label registering on behalf of an artist, please register with the artist’s email so they are the account owner. If you use your email address to register, you can transfer ownership to your artist by following these instructions.

  • Search for the artist name and select the artist profile.

Tips for claiming your TIDAL artist profile

  • Confirm the content is live on TIDAL.

  • Double-check that it’s spelled correctly.

  • Search for the TIDAL artist profile link. Learn more about finding an existing TIDAL artist profile link here.

  • Try searching for a song, EP, or album along with “TIDAL”

  • It’s possible the content isn’t on TIDAL. Contact TIDAL Artist Support, and we’ll take a closer look.

  • If the artist’s content is shared across multiple profiles, only claim one profile and report the additional pages in TIDAL Artist Home.

  • If you don't see your tracks under your artist profile, please report it using the This content is inaccurate button on the content selection page during the claim process. Your report will be routed directly to our content team for review and prompt handling.

If the artist profile has already been claimed, confirm you are the primary artist.

  • A primary artist is the main artist for a track. There may be multiple primary artists per entity; and in the case of a group or band, individual members are not credited as primary artists, but can be noted as contributors if credits information has been provided.

  • Contributors should not attempt to claim artist profiles. Contributors should work with their label or distributor to make sure their credits information is properly reflected on their profile page.

  • If you’re the primary artist and believe your artist profile has been incorrectly claimed, please fill out the Report form on the claim page. Claim investigations can take up to six weeks.

  • If you don’t see content when trying to claim an artist profile, it may be a sign that the content is on a page shared with another artist. To help us fix this issue, please contact TIDAL Artist Support with a link to a single/EP/or album(s) on TIDAL.

If you are a label or manager claiming on behalf of an artist:

  • Sign up with the artist’s email, not your own.

  • If selecting the social verification method, you must provide the unique social media page for each respective artist upon registration.
