Can I make changes to a release after it’s been submitted?

You can completely edit your product as soon as your product is being played on online music platforms.

Updates will be divided into two groups: Non-Takedown Updates and Updates that require Takedown.

For Non-Takedown Updates, you can edit the following information: 

• Release / Track Title
• Release / Track Version
• Catalogue Number
• Release P / C Lines
• Track P Line
• Release / Track Explicit Content
• Artwork
• Preview Start Time

For Updates that require Takedowns:

• Release / Track Artist List
• UPC / ISRC Codes
• Release Date
• Label Name
• Price Band
• Release / Track Main Genres and Sub Genres
• All Contributor Roles (Composer, Lyricist, Band, Publisher,...)
• Audio Files Update
• Delete or add tracks in an Album

An extremely important step that you need to take immediately after completing your editing is to send an email to Allot Lines at [email protected] about your updates so that our QC team can stay informed and avoid constant rejections of your releases.
