Could you please explain why my release is marked as "Delivered" but is not yet visible on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other Content ID?

If your release isn't found across all Meta platforms (Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Workplace, Threads,...), TikTok, and other content ID, it's most likely that:
1. You forgot to select Meta - Rights Manager, TikTok, YouTube Content ID and SoundCloud Content ID in step 3: Delivery Option.
2. You haven't registered your account for Content ID use.
3. You signed up for Content ID, but it was rejected.
To solve it, you can consider the following ways:
- For case 1: You'll need to go back to see if you've selected Meta - Rights Manager, TikTok, YouTube Content ID and SoundCloud Content ID. If not, then you need to select Meta - Rights Manager, TikTok, YouTube Content ID and SoundCloud Content ID -> Save -> Step 4 and submit a distribution request to us. Our QC team will review and submit your release to Meta—the rights manager—as soon as possible.Don't forget to send us an email to let us know that your update is to avoid possible errors.
Additionally, remember to register your account with us for the Content ID services. Otherwise, your music still can't appear on Meta, according to our comprehensive guide.
- Case 2: Register your account for our Content ID service using the following form: https://forms.gle/nz3fuKTzMpDXEwLL9
- For the third case, you can continue to produce and distribute your great releases to Allot Lines. When you feel eligible, you can fill out our form to apply for Content ID again. Chances are, the next time you sign up, we'll turn on Content ID for your account.
Both of these cases require you to subscribe to the Content ID service to successfully get your song to Meta.
In addition, our team is also proactive in finding and enabling Content ID for accounts and content that Allot Lines feels are relevant and have potential.
