My track was fine, but since you delivered my catalog, it's been blocked.
Tracks get “blocked” if they’re in conflict. To unblock your track we need to deliver your content to soundcloud and allowlist your channel. Flag to us through the Allot Lines support channel with the UPC, ISRC and SoundCloud channel link and we’ll fix it for you.
When do I whitelist/allowlist my SoundCloud channel?
Content delivered through able will be fingerprinted at SoundCloud fire one of our antipiracy platforms. as search it is important that you allowlist your SoundCloud Profile. Please send us your SoundCloud Profile URL and we will liaise with our operations team ([email protected]) to have it set up for you. It will involve your whole catalog being delivered to Soundcloud. We can only do it for SoundCloud Profile you own that are artist channels specific to your content. It takes 10 working days.
Can we be sure of delivering our release to the correct artist page?
SoundCloud doesn't take the artist page URL/ID in the delivery feed we send them. We’re always happy to help artist mapping after delivery. If your new release lands on the wrong artist page please flag it to us through the Allot Lines support channel or [email protected] with the UPC, ISRC and SoundCloud Profile URL and we’ll fix it for you.
Can a 3rd Party put my track on their page?
Yes, we can allow-list a track on a certain channel for you on a channel by channel basis. You need to send us the username / URL of the account(s) to clear and the track ISRC(s) to be released. We will do this for you by reaching out to the operations team to action the request. This process takes 10 working days.
What is eligible for delivery to Soundcloud?
In line with SoundCloud's terms, we exclude karaoke and compilation releases from delivery to their fingerprinting and commercial feeds. We deliver the same catalog of content made available on YouTube, Meta and the other fingerprinting services.
I have multiple profiles for an artist that need to be merged into one
This is an artist mapping issue a little like the sort we face on Spotify. Please get in touch, with the relevant UPCs/ISRCs of the releases and the target Artist Page link on SoundCloud. Play counts will not merge. This process takes 10 working days.
Duplicate tracks on a profile, i.e. a manually uploaded track that has also been delivered via the feed
There are some instances where we might have delivered content to SoundCloud for clients on more bespoke agreements. if that happens then attract may have been delivered manually from your end as well as from our end. If that does happen we can merge tracks for you, but play counts won’t merge, unfortunately. This process takes 10 working days.
There are incorrect tracks on a profile that belong to a different artist and need to be moved off the profile
Please send us links to the tracks in question and we’ll liaise with our operations team to have them removed. This process takes 10 working days.

I’ve heard that some territories won’t show our releases, is that true?
We deliver your content to SoundCloud and monetize on your behalf. In territories where SoundCloud is not properly monetized the releases will not be available. If you deliver manually yourself then the releases will be available in those territories. We recommend you avoid this as it can complicate things for you in the monetized territories. Those are the territories that are most popular for the platform and generate revenue.
Can we monetise our content on SoundCloud?
Yes - once you’ve allow-listed your channel through Allot Lines you, the profile owner, should get set up for monetization with SoundCloud directly and select a rightsholder (yourself). NB. If you enable monetization without selecting a rightsholder, the tracks will be blocked, even though they're on our allowlist.
